Appointments Only (NO WALK-INS)
- Appointments will be scheduled starting February 1, 2021. Any calls prior to February 1st will not be returned
- If you miss an appointment without 24 hour notice, you will be required to be a walk-in customer after the missed appointment (and walk-ins will be very limited at these locations, you may need to go to another location)
- Clients will complete an Intake Form and have all their documents scanned at the appointment
- Returns will be completed within 1-2 weeks of the appointment - you must provide an email address for communication
- Returns will be completed Early February thru April 10th on scheduled days - Don't wait until the last available day

What We Can Do
- Single and Married Filing Jointly Tax Returns
- No Married Filing Separately unless both spouses are at the appointment at the same time
- Standard Deductions (No itemized deductions unless the client has done all the accounting prior to the appointment and brings totals for each line item on the itemized deduction form and proof of every one of the amounts)
- Income limit of $55,000 for Single, $90,000 for Joint Return
- All Returns will be e-filed (Federal and State) at no charge
What We Can't Do
- We Can Not Provide Tax Advice
- Married Filing Separately returns with only one spouse at the appointment
- Itemized Deductions without calculations prepared prior to appointment and presented with proofs
- Retirement Investment Accounting - all retirement or similar accounts must have total and no accounting needed by the volunteers
- Business Returns (We can do Form 1040 C-EZ)
- Amended Returns for Prior Years (We can do these but they take low priority over current tax year returns and will be on a case-by-case basis
What You Need To Bring
- Photo ID for Yourself and Spouse if Joint Return
- Social Security Cards for all Taxpayers and Dependents that will be listed on the Tax Return
- Copy of Last Years Return
- All Proof of Income and Taxes Paid (W-2, 1099s, etc.)
- Checkbook of Account for Direct Deposit of Your Refund to Verify Account Information
